I added this cookbook to the site before my friend, Paul, came to work in my office. I discovered his sister is Laura Matthais, the author of this cookbook, which contains some of Paul's recipes. Laura has written a fantastic cookbook, although I'm not vegan myself, this cookbook is on my wish list and I can't wait to try some of the dishes.

I attended the 3rd annual Organic Island Festival for the first time. I test tasted the jam from this farm. HEAVEN!! If I'd brought more money I would have purchased jars. Actually my friend walked away with 4 jars.
