New England GreenStart is a partnership between the Center for Ecological Technology and the Mass Energy Consumers Alliance to offer one green energy option from the Berkshires to Since 1976, CET has promoted renewable energy and energy efficiency as an organizational priority. Enroll in GreenStart and earn renewable energy grants for your community. For every dollar you pay for GreenStart, your town will receive a 54% matching grant. A bonus of $50 per participant will be made if the Town reaches at least 3%
participation.
