As someone that has looked into products like this please note that they may be difficult or impossible to install in some town houses, condos or other medium to density housing. To rapidly heat the required water some of these units generate 200,000 BTUs and require an extensive exhaust system that can not penetrate a wall with in 3 to 6 feet of a window or door (dependent upon local codes). Additionally, if you are in older housing the existing exhaust stack can not always be re-used due to sizing. Please ensure you check into these issues prior to attempting to purchase one.

While I haven't used this product specifically I have one of these devices at my cottage and can truly say they are amazing. One downside is worrying about a pilot light if you happen to leave your house but that is no different than a furnace.
