I bought the 3-pack with travel pouch in the fall before the major sniffles season started and after a winter of using them constantly I can say I'm very pleased with them. They're pretty pricey but considering I've made it through the winter without buying a single box of tissue I'd say it's been worth it. In addition to being better for the environment than disposables they're actually more enjoyable to use, they're thick and soft so you avoid any nose irritation and the dreaded blow-through. They've also got a box of 8 (shown here) that you can pull them out of like kleenex but I've found that the 3-pack is enough for me and the little pouch they come in (also made of organic cotton) is great to throw in the pocket of your winter coat.
