The $100 is for the £44.95 mixed case of 12 beers. No delivery outside the UK at the moment, but I'm sure they'll be happy to talk to resellers outside.
I particularly recommend the Blonde and the Scotch Ale, but all of them are good. Brewery also offers tours and organic cotton T-shirts with the brewery logo.
