About Us
Square Foods Natural Deli and Market started out in Overton Square in May 2001. After four years of operation as a full service natural market and deli, we made the big decision in the spring of 2006 to concentrate on our unique food service department.
In August of 2006, we relocated to the heart of the Cooper-Young district, surrounded by other fine restaurants and gift & clothing boutiques. Set up now in the middle of a residential neighborhood filled with energetic, adventurous individuals and families, Square Foods has found its true home!
Sipping on a super cold smoothie while sitting under our breezy ceiling fans and watching the neighborhood through our large picture windows has become a favorite for our customers.
We continue to carry staple items such as milk, eggs, bread, re-pack bulk items, and our private label vitamins and herbs. Special orders for products we don't carry are also available. Simply order by Monday and you can generally pick it up on Thursday of that same week.

Monday thru Saturday: 9am - 8pm
Sundays: 10am - 3pm
with Sunday Brunch served from 10 to 2
